Analysis, modeling, acquisition and maintenance of service impact models in the Atrium CMDB using the Impact Model Designer, linking objects to the triggering events


  • Organization-wide review of workflows to identify business processes
  • Planning and creation of service models in the Atrium CMDB and implementation in the BMC Service Impact Manager through to its full operativeness in the context of the aforementioned Event Management


  • Good knowledge of Service Impact Management (SIM)
  • Optional good knowledge of BMC Atrium CMDB
